ProFACT forms collaborations with Cancer therapeutics and diagnostics developers, offering an advantaged Proteomic Profiling strategy in the SeraFILE™ profiling applications platform and an early stage commercialization pathway. Collaborations are structured as partnerships or joint ventures with research institutions and Biopharmaceutical companies. As projects move closer to commercial status, they can be licensed on, sold off or retained by ProFACT for further value-addition and commercialization.

Current Collaboration: MGL is a full-spectrum service provider to the global healthcare and biopharmaceutical industry offering large-scale data management and scientific computing, specialized product engineering for life sciences, in-silico services for drug discovery and development, electronic medical records, personalized health services, and data analytics.

ProFACT & MGL have partnered to assist gene expression researchers to overcome correlation challenges by providing: 1) a bioinformatics knowledgebase to ascertain the most practical measurable protein attributes from a client generated gene panel, 2) enrichment strategies to exploit proteomic datasets consisting of expression, abundance and function, and 3) query-driven rules to prioritize the gene panel based on clinical goals, biological significance, costs, and detection methodologies.
