Feature-rich molecular profiles can be derived from the SeraFILE™ surface library which can be used in comparison analyses of cellular disease or stress models (environmental, oxygen, iRNA, drugs). Primary tissues can also be investigated – all we need is a clarified soluble protein extract. Biomarkers or drug targets can be discovered through comparison profiles featuring functional, structural and abundance characteristics.
To get started, we recommend trying the
SeraFILE PROspector™ consumable kit, a subset of the full SeraFILE™ platform. It includes 6 different surface features which can differentially compartmentalize proteins under very mild bind and elution conditions, maintaining the functional features of the proteins within each of the derivative subproteomes.
