So you want to enrich for low abundance proteins, here is how we can help

We have a catalog of proteomic sample preparation products supplied through Biotech Support Group, including Albumin Removal and Hemoglobin Removal. We also supply KinaSorb™ for kinase enrichment and PDEnrich™ for cyclic phosphodiesterase enrichment. For other high abundance proteins, we can employ the SeraFILE™ surface library to screen your sample(s), find out which surface and protocol combination most selectively removes the high abundance protein(s) while retaining the underlying low abundance proteins for further proteomic analysis. Along with global expression abundance, specific activities can be monitored by immunological, catalytic or cellular assay. The final surface/protocol combination can be ‘productized’ to meet your specific project needs.
To get started, we recommend trying the SeraFILE PROspector™ consumable kit, a subset of the full SeraFILE™ platform. It includes 6 different surface features which can differentially compartmentalize proteins under very mild bind and elution conditions, maintaining the functional features of the proteins within each of the derivative subproteomes.
