The 3-D Life Dextran-PEG Hydrogel SG is a biocompatible, ready-to-use 3D cell culture system designed for the encapsulation, cultivation, and analysis of mammalian cells in a physiologically relevant 3-dimensional microenvironment. This hydrogel is based on a dextran–polyethylene glycol (PEG) crosslinking system that provides a tunable matrix mimicking the extracellular matrix (ECM).

The SG (slow gelation) formulation provides extended working time, allowing precise cell mixing and homogeneous gel formation before polymerization is complete. This makes it ideal for applications that require gentle handling and even cell distribution.
