CRABP2 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: cellular retinoic acid binding protein 2
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 15 kDa
Uniprot: P29373
Gene id: 1382
Background: This gene encodes a member of the retinoic acid (RA, a form of vitamin A) binding protein family and lipocalin
cytosolic fatty-acid binding protein family. The protein is a cytosol-to-nuclear shuttling protein, which facilitates RA binding to its cognate receptor complex and transfer to the nucleus. It is involved in the retinoid signaling pathway, and is associated with increased circulating low-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
Field of research: Signal Transduction, Metabolism, Developmental biology
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:200; IF: 1:20 - 1:100
Target: CRABP2
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
